General Use

Cooking: Sprinkle whole seeds over salads, roasted vegetables, flatbreads, or mix them into bread dough, curries, and rice dishes for a peppery, aromatic flavor. 

Grinding & Tea: Lightly toast and grind seeds to make a powder; mix 1–2 teaspoons daily into smoothies, honey, yogurt, or steep crushed seeds in hot water for 10–15 minutes to make tea. 

Store in a cool, dry place
