Mystology specialises in herbal medicine, mystical, spiritual & metaphysical tools.

All of our herbal products and supplements are made by Mystology. All other products have been purchsed from reputable wholesale suppliers. We also house a small selection of ethical artisan products, and local handmade items (look out for these).

 

Prices
Prices on our website are shown in Pound Sterling (£). Mystology reserves the right to amend or change any prices at any time without prior notice.

 

Products
Products are subject to availability. If there is a product on your order which is out of stock the product will be removed from your order and you will not be charged. 

 

Payment methods
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Delta, Mastercard and Maestro. We also accept Paypal. 
Once payment has been collected orders are process and shipped within 1-3 business days (with the exception of orders placed before 2pm). Dispatch will be confirmed via an e-mail. 

 

Delivery

All orders (non herbal) placed and approved before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day.

Delivery charges

will vary according to country and delivery option.

All UK orders (Excluding Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland), qualify for free delivery if spend is over £50 (not valid with any promotional codes/discounts). All UK orders under £50 will carry a standard delivery charge set by the courier.

Couriers/Carriers used: Evri, Royal Mail, Parcel Force and DPD.

 

Returns

We are committed to ensuring all orders are picked and packed with the greatest of care, however we cannot guarentee safe transportation of goods once not in our possession.

In the unfortunate event that you may need to return an item please fill out the returns form or email mystology101@gmail.com within 24hours of receiving your order. 

 

Damages
While we vow to do our very best,  we cannot guarentee against damages once we have handed over to the couriers.Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at mystology101@gmail.com.

WHAT TO DO IF AN ITEM(S) HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED/FAULTY OR INCOMPLETE

Please send us a short email containing your order number, a short description of the issue along with any supporting images of any damages/ faults or proof that your order is incomplete. Once we have reviewed the email we will issue a replacement or issue refund and organise a return where applicable.

 

 Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, i.e perishable goods, custom products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know via email if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
