Herbal preparation : 

• Take up to 4ml, 2-3 times per day, in water or natural juices
• Place prescribed dosage under the tongue and hold for 30 seconds
• As prescribed (for persons under medical counsel)

Cautions and Contraindications

• Not to be used by pregnant, nursing women andchildren under 12 months
• Elderberry is contraindicated for individuals with autoimmune diseases (such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, and multiple sclerosis) and organ transplant recipients taking immunosuppressants. 
• Persons on pharmaceutical medications must exercise caution or seek medical advise before use.

If you require alcohol free tinctures please sumbit a custom order request via email, whatsapp or website. All alcohol free tinctures are made using using finest earth medicine, distilled water, and food grade glycerin. Please note glycerite extracts may not be as potent as alcohol extracts and therefore may require higher dosages. Glycerine-based tinctures, also known as glycerites, can last between 14 to 24 months if stored properly.
