Our AnTea Viral tea blend utilieses herbs traditional used for their anti viral, anti micriobial and anti bactia compounds. Each herb has been intentionally choosen for its chemical nature and its ability to interact and work with the bodily systems that are resonsibile for flushing out harmful pathogens.

Preparation

Loose leaf: Add 1-2tsp of dried herb to a cup of boiled water cover and steep for minimum 10 mins. Alternatively take 1 heaped tbsp of dried herb to 8 ounces of water. Place both in a covered pot and bring to a boil on a medium heat for 15-25 mins remove from heat and leave covered for a further 10mins. Strain and drink.

Teabag: Place teabag into cup and add recently boiled water, cover and leave to steep for 5 -10 mins. 

**All teabags are double brew, meaning they can be used atleast twice. Loose leaf teas can be used 2-3 times depending on desired strength.
