Pure Body is a short-term digestive reset designed to help:

The particular blend carries a unique combination of herbs traditionally known/used to help support our bodies natural elimination processes, with each herb has been intentionally chosen for its ability to release positive effects relating to digestive health and overall body function.

Two part breakdown 

Part (1): this capsule blend utilises herbs which are traditionally used to help support the elimination of harmful toxins and/or substances, heavy metals and parasites.

Part (2) : this capsule blend utilises herbs which are traditionally used to help open the vital elimination channels (ie. the liver, kidneys, lymphatics, lungs, skin, bowels and glands) and assist with the bodys natural detoxification and cleansing processes.

Recommended Usage (full details provided when purchased)

Take 4 (1) capsules, followed by 4 (2) capsules twice daily - AM (first thing on a empty stomach) & PM (atleast one hour after your last meal).

If you are using Pure Body for the first time and would prefer a subtle introduction to this cleanse I would recommend starting with half the recommended dose.

First time users - (PM dose only): start with 4 capsules (1), followed by 4 capsules (2) atleast one hour after you last meal.

 FOR BEST RESULTS

• Wait atleast 45 minutes between taking capsules 1&2.

• TAKE ON A EMPTY STOMACH (NO FOOD/DRINK AFTER 8PM) BEFORE GOING TO BED.

• INDIVIDUALS TAKING THE PURE BODY - FULL SPECTRUM DIGESTIVE CLEANSE, ARE TO ADHERE TO A CLEAN HIGH FIBRE DIET. 

• ADVISORY NOTE; STICK TO A NON PROCESSED, NO DAIRY, NO REFINED SUGARS & CARBS, NO MEAT & POULTRY DIET.

(The cleaner you eat the less work your body has to do to remove what no longer serves. If fasting is a safe option for you, you could try Intermittent fasting or a daily fast for atleast 1/3 of the duration of your detox programme.)
