Calm Tea

Calm is formulated to work in unison with the body, helping to induce a state of relaxation which in turn may help to support the entire bodily system.

This blend may help to support:

Herbal Preparation

Loose leaf: Add 1-2tsp of dried herb to a cup of boiled water cover and steep for minimum 10 mins. Alternatively take 1 heaped tbsp of dried herb to 8 ounces of water. Place both in a covered pot and bring to a boil on a medium heat for 15-25 mins remove from heat and leave covered for a further 10mins. Strain and drink.

Teabag: Place teabag into cup and add recently boiled water, cover and leave to steep for 10 mins.

**All teabags are double brew, meaning they can be used atleast twice. Loose leaf teas can be used 2-3 times depending on strength.
