M.H.A Healthier Me Consultation (1 hour)

What to expect

No two people are the same, so what can be done for one may not be ideal for another. That being said there are guidelines which I adhere to, to ensure each individual recieves what is best for their nature. 

Consultation time:  up to 60 mins

All consultations are structured using the same series of questions (icl. medical history, family history, lifestyle etc). This will allow me to gain better insight of the factors surrounding your health concern(s) prior to your consultation, aswell as provide the necessary information for me to be able to formalise a health plan and treatment.

The pre-consultation form should take approximately 15/ 20minutes for you to complete, unless you have pre existing conditions or require complex herbal assistance. Please complete this form with honesty and transparency.

Please note the consultation fee does note include any M.H.A herbal products & formulations. These are to be purchased seperatly. However if after your consultation you choose to purchase any of the suggested M.H.A herbal products/formulations you will recieve a £15 credit (taken from consultation fee).

The process

Step1: Complete pre-consultation form (new clients only unless you are an exisiting client with a new health concern).

Step 2: Booking confirmation  - Once your consultation booking has been confirmed, you will recieve an email confirmation. Please note cancellation made within 48 hours prior to scheduled consultation are fully redundable, cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled consultation are 50% refundable.

Step 3: Time to converse and set some goals - During your consultation we will go through your completed questionnaire, higlighting any medical, lifestyle or dietary habits that I believe could be negatively impacting or causing imbalances within your system. By the end of the consultation we will have a solid course of action and treatment plan for you to follow at home (this will be sent electronically within 48 hours).

Please note: all M.H.A herbal remedies are made to order and will be posted by secure post approximately 5 business days after your initial consultation.

Step 4: Follow up - 10 days after your initial consultation, you will recieve a courtesy follow up call to monitor progress of treatment, discuss any concerns you may have and provide me with necessary feedback.

Modify your repeat prescription if needed

Consultations are not meant to diagnose or directly treat client concerns. However it is my intention to:

• Help individual achieve balance
• Encourage individuals to be more accountable / aware of the choices they make, each and every day, that may be negatively impacting their quality of life.
• Help individuals to find resolve, though shared knowings and/or practical steps that help to encourage one to make the necessary changes (ie. Dietary and lifestyle habits)
• Bring awareness to the benefits of herbal therapy
• Discuss how the smallest changes make the biggest differences - ultimately effacting ones quality of life.
• Share natural remedies that benefit both internally and externally.
