Postpartum Health: Gentle System Cleanse (Tea Therapy)

M.H.As postpartum cleanse compound was designed to offer a gently system cleanse to support the postpartum stages in motherhood . This blend will gently cleanse the entire body, helping to maintaining the body's natural balance - therefore allowing the body to perform and function in a way that is beneficial to both mother and baby.

Herbal preparation 

Loose leaf: Take 1-2tsp of dried herb and place into a cup, pour over recently boiled water cover and steep for minimum 10 mins. Alternatively take 1 heaped tbsp of dried herb to 8 ounces of water. Place both in pot and cover. Bring content to a steady boil on a medium heat for 15-25 mins. Remove from heat and leave covered for a further 10mins. Strain and drink.

Teabag: Place teabag into cup and add recently boiled water, cover and leave to steep for 10 mins

All teabags are double brew and can be used atleast twice. Loose leaf teas can be used 2-3 times depending on strength.
