Preparation

Loose Tea: Add 1-2tsp of dried herb to a cup of boiled water cover and steep for minimum 10 mins. Alternatively take 1 heaped tbsp of dried herb to 8 ounces of water. Place both in a covered pot and bring to a boil on a medium heat for 15-25 mins remove from heat and leave covered for a further 10mins. Strain and drink.

Teabag: Place teabag into cup and add recently boiled water, cover and leave to steep for 10 mins.

**All teabags are double brew, meaning they can be used atleast twice. Loose leaf teas can be used 2-3 times depending on strength.

Contains: Adaptogens, Carminatives, Nervines, Nutritives and Phytoestrogenic botanical herbs.

For best results - Consume nutritionally dense foods and maintain good hydration levels- as a well hydrated system can breakdown, absorb and evenly disperse the herbal compound into the bloodstream maximising compound absorption into the system.

Please note: over consumption of capsules may cause oversupply of milk, should this be the case, reduce the amount of capsules taken daily or adjust your weekly dosage i.e. consume on alternate days.
