Our Sweaty Betty Menorelief formula is a one-off a kind blend exclusive for M.H.A customers. This unique blend has been formulated to work in unison with the female reproductive and hormonal systems to initiate balance and provide relief from the bother some symptoms that come with menopause.

• Teabags (14 double brew)

Herbal Preparation

Loose leaf: Add 1-2tsp of dried herb to a cup of boiled water cover and steep for minimum 10 mins. Alternatively take 1 heaped tbsp of dried herb to 8 ounces of water. Place both in a covered pot and bring to a boil on a medium heat for 15-25 mins remove from heat and leave covered for a further 10mins. Strain and drink.

Teabag: Place teabag into cup and add recently boiled water, cover and leave to steep for 10 mins.

**All teabags are double brew, meaning they can be used atleast twice. Loose leaf teas can be used 2-3 times depending on strength.
