How to take:

Adult Dosage: up to 4 Capsules, twice daily.

Youth Dosage: Half adult dosage

DO NOT TAKE FOR LONGER THAN FOURTEEN CONSECUTIVE DAYS WITHOUT TAKING BREAK (MIN. 1 WEEK), THIS WILL ALLOW THE BODY SPACE AND TIME T O RELEASE AND RECOVER.

For best results -

• Start taking atleast three days before full moon
• Take am capsule atleast one hour before morning meal (break-fast).
• Take pm capsule atleast one hour after last meal, do not consume any food or liquid after taking pm dose - this will aid the bodies natural cleansing process whilst in sleep state.
• Stay hydrated throughout the day - drink plenty electrolite fluids!
• Keep active - this will help encourage lymph flow and speed up elimination process!
• Eat well - maintain healthy/consistent dietary habits (refer to health guide).
