Loose Tea: Add 1-2 tsp of dried herb to a cup of boiled water cover and steep for minimum 5 mins or 1-2 tbsp of dried herb to 8 ounces of water. Boil in covered pot for 10 mins remove from heat and leave covered for 5mins.

Teabag: Steep 1 teabag in a cup of hot water for 5-10mins.

*For best results Consume up to 3 times daily. Use filtered/distilled/spring water.
