Herbal preparation 

Tincture: up to 4ml taken 2-3 times per day, in water or juice, under the tongue or as desired. 

Tea: To enjoy as tea >> add up to 6ml cup of recently boiled water (add optional sweetner) 2 times per day.

Tincture will last upto 4 years if stored correctly and unopened.
