*all tinctures are made using botanicals, distilled water and non denatured grain alcohol. The alcohol content per dose is very minimal however if you wish to not have an alcohol based tincture, glycerine/vinegar based tinctures are available upon reaquest.

Afterbirth Herbal Tea

Our postpartum tea has been designed to aid nursing/non nursing mamas and their little ones . This subtle tea blend of herbs help to support the hormonal changes , strengthen and communicate with mamas body to ensure balance and wellness between both mama and baby.

Available as loose tea or 14 double brew teabags.

Tea preparation: Steep 1-2 teaspoons of herb in hot water, cover and leave for up to 10 mins depending on desired strength.

Postpartum Sitz Bath

In the days and weeks that follow after birth, the vagina and surrounding tissue can be sore, inflamed and/or irritated. Our sitzbath soaks help to soothe irritations and strengthen delicate tissues.
