Postpartum Cleanse

GENERIC M.H.A COMPOUND 

Another tried, tested and loved blend from Mystical Herbal Alchemy.

M.H.As postpartum cleanse compound was created by Mystee for Mystee to offer a gently system cleanse that supported the postpartum stages in motherhood . 

This blend will gently cleanse the entire body, helping to maintaining the body's natural balance - therefore allowing the body to perform and function in a way that is beneficial to both mother and baby.

Herbal preparation 

Loose Tea: Steep 1 tablespoon of dried herb or 1.5 tablespoonof fresh herb to 8 ounces of water, boil in pot for 30mins.

Teabag: Steep 1 teabag in a covered cup of hot water for atleast 5mins. **Please note all teabags and loose herbs can be used 2-3 times depending on strength.

Tincture: 2-3ml taken 2-3 times per day, in water or juice, under the tongue or as desired. Can also be useful as tea just add tincture dose to a cup of recently boiled water.

Capsules: Take 2 - 4 capsules daily (am or pm). Pack contains 180, size 00 vegan & vegetarian friendly capsules 

Ground herb: 1-2tsp in juice or water. Alternatively you can use powder to make tea or add to your smoothie to make it more cleansing.

Ingredients:  Nettles, Dandelion, Turmeric, Ginger, Milk Thistle, Motherwort, Linden, Dried Citrus Peel +

POWER TIP

Use at your own discretion. Our postpartum cleanse has not be 'professionally / offically' tested. However it has been tried and tested by Mystee and other nursing mothers with great success.

For best results - Consume nutritionally dense foods and maintain good hydration levels-  as a well hydrated system can breakdown, absorb and evenly disperse the herbal compound into the bloodstream maximising compound absorption into the system.

Please note: over consumption of capsules may cause oversupply of milk, should this be the case, reduce the amount of capsules taken daily or adjust your weekly dosage i.e. consume on alternate days.

Use for seven days then take a break before staring again.
