Tea Blends: Sweet Dreams

Sip your way into a restful | peaceful slumber with the gentle flavours that embody our Sweet Dreams TeaTastic blend.

This blend will send you to sleep in the perfect mood. Designed to calm the body and relax the mind, each herb has been intentionally choosen for its chemical nature and its ability to interact and work with the bodily systems to induce and promote much needed rest.

**Please inform of any allergens as ingredients for MHA compounds are not listed. 

Herbal preparation 

Tea: 1-2 Teaspoons in hot water, cover and steep for up to 10 mins depending on desired strength. **All teabags can be reused upto 3 times but judge depending on strength.

Optional : Sweeten with raw/ pure natural honey for flavour and added health benefits or an alternative natural sweetner of your choice. 

Why raw/pure natural honey? 》》honey contains two key ingredients: bee pollen and propolis, which have antibacterial, antiviral, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. 

Tincture: 2-3ml taken 2-3 times per day, in water or juice, under the tongue or as desired. Can also be useful as tea just add tincture dose to a cup of recently boiled water.
