The blend has been designed to;

Preparation

Loose Tea: Add 2tsp of dried herb to a cup of boiled water cover and steep for minimum 5 mins or 2tbsp of dried herb to 8 ounces of water. Boil in covered pot for 10 mins remove from heat and leave covered for 5mins.

Teabag: Steep 1 teabag in a cup of hot water for 5-10mins.

Tincture: 2-4 ml, 2-3 times daily. Administer under tongue, alternatively this tincture can be added to hot/cold water or natural juice.

Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
