Our Immune Boost Tea blend contains herbs choosen for their chemical nature and ability to interact and work in unison with the body.

This tea will help to support and strengthen the immune system, aswell as improve bodily functions overall.

 How to Make

Tea: 1-2 Teaspoons in hot water, cover and steep for up to 10 mins depending on desired strength.

**All teabags can be reused up to 3 times but judge depending on strength.

 Optional: Sweeten with raw/ pure natural honey for flavour and added health benefits or an alternative natural sweetner of your choice.
