INGREDIENTS: Sage, Redclover, Guinea Hen Weed, Vitex, Blue vervain+

Tea Preparation 

Loose Tea: Steep 1 tablespoon of dried herb or 1.5 tablespoon of fresh herb to 8 ounces of water. Boil in pot for 30mins.

Teabag: Steep 1 teabag in a cup of hot water for 5-10mins.

Please note all teabags and loose herbs can be used 2-3 times depending on strength.
