Preparation 

Loose Tea:  Add 1-2tsp of dried herb to a cup of boiled water cover and steep for minimum 5 mins or 1 tbsp of dried herb to 8 ounces of water. Boil in covered pot for 10 mins remove from heat and leave covered for 5mins.

Teabag: Steep 1 teabag in a cup of hot water for 5-10mins.

Tincture: 2-4 ml, 2-3 times daily. Adminnster under tongue, alternatively this tincture can be added to hot/cold water or natural juice.

Please note all teabags and loose herbs can be used 2-3 times depending on strength.
