G. I. Health compound has been design to cleanse, balance, restore and maintain function within the GI tract. Taking this compound will result in a higher number of nutrients being absorbed within the body, a fully functioning GI system (effiencient digestion, food breakdown and regular elimination of waste).

How to use 

Capsules - For general health and maintence of digestive system take 1-2 capsules daily. If using as an natural alternative to help eliminate a pre existing imbalance within the digestive system take two capsules twice daily until you feel change and then you may reduce intake to 1-2 daily.

Tincture - For general health and maintence of digestive system take 1-2 dopperfulls, 1-2 times a day at least 30minuets before food or an hour after. If using as an alternative to help eliminate a pre existing imbalance wihtin the digestive system take two dopperfulls, twice daily until you feel change and then you may reduce intake.

DO NOT USE FOR LONGER THAN SEVEN CONSECUTATIVE DAYS. TAKE A BREAK AND START AGAIN.
