M.H.As Mamas milk compound has been formulated to support both mother & baby's needs aswell as produce a steady supply of breastmilk.

Herbal preparation 

Tincture dose: 2-3ml, 2-3 times per day in juice or water, under the tongue or as desired.

To enjoy tincture as tea >> add 4-6 ml tincture dose to recently boiled cup of water.

FYI: tincture made using food grade ethanol. ABV: 30%

Loose Tea: Add 1-2tsp of dried herb to a cup of boiled water cover and steep for minimum 5 mins or 1 tbsp of dried herb to 8 ounces of water. Boil in covered pot for 10 mins remove from heat and leave covered for 5mins.

To enjoy tincture as tea >> add 4-6 ml tincture dose to recently boiled cup of water.

Teabag: Place teabag into cup and add recently boiled water, cover and leave to steep for 5-10 mins or until reached desired temperature. add optional sweetner.

Capsules: 2-4 capsules up to twice daily (am or pm) or as needed.

Use at your own discretion. Mamas milk has not be 'clincally / offically' tested. However it has been tried and tested by Mystee and other nursing mothers with great success.

For best results - Consume nutritionally dense foods and maintain good hydration levels-  as a well hydrated system can breakdown, absorb and evenly disperse the herbal compound into the bloodstream maximising compound absorption into the system.

Please note: over consumption of capsules may cause oversupply of milk, should this be the case, reduce the amount of capsules taken daily or adjust your weekly dosage i.e. consume on alternate days.
