M.H.As Mamas milk compound was created by Mystee for Mystee to support both mother & baby needs aswell as produce a steady supply of breastmilk. Because the formula work so well for her she decided to offer it to other other nursing mothers, and to her suprise the results where very similar. Herbal preparation 

Tincture dose: 2-3ml, 2-3 times per day in juice or water, under the tongue or as desired.

FYI: tincture made using food grade ethanol. ABV: 30%

Tea: Add 1-2 tbsp of her to a cup of boiling water, cover and leave to simmer on a low heat for 5-10mins. Remove from heat and leave to steep. Strain and add optional sweetner.

To enjoy tincture as ☕️ (tea) >> just add tincture dose to recently boiled 💧 (water).

Place teabag into cup and add recently boiled water, cover and leave to steep for 5-10 mins or until reached desired temperature. add optional sweetner.

Capsules: 2-3 capsules daily (am or pm). **Pack contains 1 month or 3 month supply of capsules

For best results - Consume nutritionally dense foods and maintain good hydration levels-  as a well hydrated system can breakdown, absorb and evenly disperse the herbal compound into the bloodstream maximising compound absorption into the system.

Please note: over consumption of capsules may cause oversupply of milk, should this be the case, reduce the amount of capsules taken daily or adjust your weekly dosage i.e. consume on alternate days.
