Our Organic Quinoa Grain (Tricolour) is a combination of 70% White, 15% Red & 15% Black Quinoa.

Quinoa is known for its versatility, quick / easy cooking time and dense nutrition. 

Organic Tricolour Quinoa is made from a balanced combination of organic white, red and black quinoa. The darker colour and earthy grain-like flavour of the black and red quinoa are balanced with the softer texture and lighter flavour of the white quinoa. This results in a colourful, nutritious combination of texture and flavour, perfect for making meals, salads, stir frys and deserts.

Quinoa can also be used as substitute in any recipe calling for rice or couscous. It can also be used to bulk out soups and stews.

Quinoa is gluten free and offers a rich source of protein, essential amino acids, vitamins and contains more iron than any other grain.

Cooking Instructions

1. Use 2 parts water to 1 part Quinoa grain

2. Rinse, add to pan, cover and bring to a boil.

3. Reduce heat, set the lid just ajar and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
